About Lewin Over Ink
Stories, tools, and ideas — built with care.
Lewin Over Ink Publishing was founded on a simple belief: stories, creative works, and ideas shape the future more than headlines do.
Founded by Scott A.W. Lewin alongside his partner Krista, Lewin Over Ink exists to create thoughtful, grounded, and hopeful work — from science fiction novels, to creative activity books, to future-focused essays.
We explore not just what humanity can build, but who we become while building it.
Beneath Still Stars
Beneath Still Stars is a character-driven science fiction series set in the year 2150. It is not space opera spectacle for its own sake. It is a quiet, realistic exploration of responsibility, diplomacy, conscience, and the cost of command.
In a universe where humanity has met other species and expanded into the stars, the greatest conflicts are not always fought with weapons — but with choices.
The series reflects a belief that technology does not erase morality. It amplifies it.
Activity Books
We create journals and activity books designed to help people relax, create, and enjoy the passing of time. Over time, the goal is a wide enough library that almost anyone can find something that fits — from thoughtful journals, to colouring books, to tabletop role-playing aids.
In 100 Years
In 100 Years is a future-focused article series built around one question: If our current technologies keep evolving, what might everyday life look like a century from now?
Not dystopia. Not utopia. Not flying cars for the sake of flying cars.
Instead: practical, grounded exploration — rooted in existing science and inspired by science fiction — examining how ordinary people might live, work, eat, connect, and adapt.
Because the future isn’t just about better machines. It’s about better stewardship.
Scott & Krista
Scott is a writer, technologist, and systems thinker who believes in open tools, careful worldbuilding, and ideas that are both imaginative and responsible.
Krista brings creativity, warmth, and artistic vision to the publishing work — from concept imagery to storytelling projects inspired by the everyday life they share.
Together, they build projects slowly, intentionally, and independently — prioritizing ownership, open systems, and long-term sustainability over trends.
